For this larger than average mews house off Sloane Square, London, we entirely rebuilt the interiors and included a new basement, lit by recessing the ground floor at the front window, and installed a top floor balcony across the full width of the house.

We avoided any mechanical equipment in or over rooms, but a quiet, full ASHP and MVHR system via underfloor heating and ceiling cooling water circuits were installed instead.

Really remarkable interior designs and furnishings were instructed by the client couple.  On site work started in 2022 and was finished in July 2024. The main contractors were Cavendish Basements.
